A Managed Services Agreement (MSA) is suited to medium and large businesses who want to outsource all or part of their IT functions. This provides the financial certainty of a fixed fee service with the security of knowing your valuable IT assets are managed and monitored by industry professionals. Full IT responsibility and exclusive administrative control is assumed by XCy so your staff can focus upon strategic issues. You will receive a dedicated account manager and a technical team will be assigned to build a consultative and trusting relationship.

Casual Services Agreement

A Casual Service Agreement (CSA) provides IT services and support with commercial and operational flexibility. Suitable for small and medium businesses seeking to outsource their IT functions on an as required basis. We offer both fixed term or open-ended agreements which include a dedicated account manager. The plan allows for flexible provision of services on an as-needed basis or to assume control of certain parts of the network. A dedicated account manager and technical team will maintain a high level of support and familiarity with your staff.

Block Hours or Prepaid Agreement

A Block Hours Agreement (BHA) and Prepaid Fee Agreement (PFA) provides IT services with an agreed cost or hours budget. These are great for small and medium businesses who are considering IT outsourcing for the first time, transitioning away from a self managed support arrangement or want assistance with specialised infrastructure.
