A Managed Services Agreement (MSA) is ideal for medium and large businesses looking to outsource a portion or all of their IT functions. This combines the financial security of a fixed-fee service with the assurance that your critical IT assets and assets are managed and monitored by industry experts. XCy assumes full IT responsibility and administrative control, allowing your staff to focus on strategic issues.
You will be assigned a dedicated account manager as well as a technical team to help build a robust and reliable relationship.
Our Casual Services Agreement
A Casual Service Agreement (CSA) provides commercial and operational flexibility for IT services and support. This type of agreement is appropriate for small and medium-sized businesses looking to outsource their IT functions on an as-needed basis. We provide both fixed-term and open-ended agreements with a dedicated account manager. The plan allows for the provision of services on an as-needed basis as well as the control over certain parts of the network. A dedicated account manager and technical team will provide ongoing support and familiarity to your staff.
