Managed Services Agreement

A Managed Services Agreement (MSA) is suited to medium and large businesses to outsource their IT department.

  • Fixed-term agreement of (usually 2-3 years)

  • Technical team assigned for familiarity and efficiency

  • Fixed-fee invoicing

Casual Services Agreement

A Casual Service Agreement (CSA) provides IT services and support with the ultimate commercial and operational flexibility.
